Coming from the Central-South (A16 Naples-Bari or A14 from Bari): Take the Foggia exit and merge onto State Road SS89 toward Manfredonia. Then follow the signs for State Road SS273 toward San Giovanni Rotondo. At the entrance to the city, follow the signs for the Sanctuaries / Hospital and turn onto Viale Cappuccini.
The main train station is Foggia, which is served by high-speed trains (Frecciarossa and Italo) and intercity connections. From Foggia station, there is a continuous intercity bus service (operated by SITA or STP) that connects the station directly to San Giovanni Rotondo in about 45 minutes.
The bus stop in San Giovanni Rotondo is located just 20 meters from the entrance to Hotel Colonne.
Alternatively, you can use the San Severo train station, which is also connected to San Giovanni Rotondo via local bus services.
San Giovanni Rotondo is directly connected to major Italian cities (including Rome, Milan, Turin, Bologna, Florence, and Naples) via long-distance bus services (such as MarinoBus, FlixBus, and Ferrovie del Gargano). From the arrival terminals of these routes, you can easily reach the hotel on foot or with a short ride on local public transportation.
